Who we are

HiPixi ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. We're headquartered in Denmark, and this policy covers business.hipixi.com and its contact form.

What we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect the fields you enter: name, company, email, phone, industry, and message. Phone and message are optional.

Going forward, we also plan to collect analytics data through Google Analytics 4 and PostHog (statistics), and advertising data through Meta Pixel (marketing), to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. That data is only collected once you actively consent to that specific category via the cookie banner. See "Cookies" below.

Why we collect it

We use contact form data to respond to your enquiry and follow up about HiPixi. Analytics data, where you've consented to it, helps us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. We don't send marketing communications or use your data for advertising without separate, explicit consent.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

This site doesn't currently set any strictly necessary cookies. If you accept the "Statistics" category in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand how visitors use the site. If you accept the "Marketing" category, we use Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies runs until you make that choice, and you can accept either category independently of the other.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's local storage in your browser; the banner reappears the next time you visit.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already happened

If you believe we're not handling your data properly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
