We started with hotels. Turns out, every counter has this problem.
HiPixi began as a way for Danish hotels to capture what guests were already saying at checkout. The same conversation happens at a clinic, a garage, a gym front desk, so we built it for all of them.
A front-desk conversation at checkout, and nowhere for it to go except memory. Hotels were losing the exact feedback that makes a review worth reading, replaced by a generic email link nobody clicked.
Restaurants, clinics, salons, retailers, garages, gyms: any business where a person hands off to a person. If your team already talks to customers at the end of a visit, HiPixi has a place there.
What we build around
The guest's own words
Pixi rewrites, never invents. A review should sound like the person who said it, not like a template.
Say it plainly
AI use is disclosed, consent is asked for, and recordings are deleted fast. Nothing about this should need fine print.
Built for the counter
Not the marketing department. If it takes longer than a minute or needs training, it won't get used, so it doesn't.
Headquartered in Denmark, currently working closest with Danish hotels, and expanding into restaurants, retail, clinics, salons, automotive, fitness, real estate and events.
